Fixed:

  • Count correctly blocked and pending members in an attempt to send
  • Use correct sending timeout to wait for a state change, when the SRTO_SNDTIMEO was set
  • If in the current sending attempt all non-broken non-failed links were pending ones, report SRT_EASYNCSND error
