Problem Description

Due to the differences in the deployment of the Agent application itself, the start-up time of the Agent is not uniform. In order to locate the cause of the slow start-up, the feature of reporting the start-up time is added to the Agent to locate problems and improve the experience.

Proposed Solution

1. Agent records startup time
2. The agent sends the startup time to OpenAPI
3. The engine management page displays the startup time of the Agent
