Describe the bug

input and loaded file will be wiped out, when creating new knowledge base with background indexing going on

codin-agent says, during indexing , provider list are polled every 4s, and it will trigger the reset effect.

Steps to reproduce

1. create a first knowledge base
2. when the first knowledge base is processing, try to create a second knowledge base
3. wait for more than 4 seconds

Expected Behavior

the info you fill in during creating a second knowledge base will be wiped out.
