  • bumping the version of arcropolis that we package
  • packaging latest skyline in every package.
  • changing nightly releases to be labelled as "latest"
  • automate full packaging of beta builds
  • checking and handling "latest" as the version tag for plugin and romfs in packaging script
  • defaulting to latest romfs if no version is given in make_beta workflow_dispatch inputs
  • validate the given romfs release version, and fail the make_nightly if not valid
  • remove original updater that was built into the nro
  • calculate and upload file hashes as part of packaging (for future install validation)

lgtm! only thing is packaging skyline but since we'll be having frequent updates that is a non-issue
