The goal of this PR is to make Link’s strengths less one-note and add more variance to his play, specifically his punish. He isn’t currently an overtuned character, but he can be overly oppressive in some situations, and a bit too forgiving in others. Overall, these changes should tone down some of his most rewarding tools in exchange for buffing his lesser ones, while making his punish more dynamic for the player and interactive for the opponent. This PR also retains all the changes made to grounded moves in pre-release v0.48.0 with the exceptions of the changes below. Thank you to the devs for making your tools publicly available as well.
