Overall patches up some inconsistencies and shifts her tools to work better on heavies/fast fallers and worse on floaties/featherweights via kbg increases (tighter windows).

overall less hitstun but new angle prevents hurtbox shifting and makes it stronger vs asdi (side effect of angle). still feels weighty but 1 less frame endlag makes it feel better to use
