This PR aims to reimagine some of Ness's traditional tools and bring about a new flavor for the how players will utilize the character. This is all a proof of concept so many things may need tweaking or just be thrown out in favor of the original design. Feel free to post your thoughts here or on Ness's discord channel.
Main things to note:

  • Double Jump's animation has been tweaked to be quite a bit faster
  • Fair, Bair and Nair have been reworked to function a lot differently
  • PK Thunder is now cancellable and sends opponents in the opposite direction the projectile is travelling
  • PK Flash's arc and knockback/frame data has been changed

  • [R] Made into a two hitting move similar to Wario's Nair
