Ground movement adjustments #353

  • Apply dash energy at beginning of main status loop, rather than end (currently in a race condition with FIGHTER_KINETIC_ENERGY_ID_CONTROL func in main exe)
  • Remove backwards velocity persisting into next dash/backdash if input after dash's cancel frame (was first implemented to facilitate chaining moonwalks)
  • Fix smash turn not halting momentum on frame 1
  • Implement aidou/bidou during Turn status
