Add new hotkey to open new tab in same directory - #2136

Not entirely, the preference option makes it the default for all new tabs, this hotkey allows you to open just one new tab in the same directory (like the existing hotkey Open new tab in home directory I personally would use it quite a bit, I currently use a shell alias for |
