CTRL not working anymore as modifier in "Tab Management" #1942

Description

@cmacht

Describe the bug

Since upgrading to Guake 3.8.0 (via Arch pacman) all previously working shortcuts with CTRL as a modifier in the "Tab Management" section do not work anymore. This affects "New Tab" & "Close Tab". Strangely, this works again with an additional SHIFT modifier but now with an additional ALT modifier. Settings the shortcuts does work, but they don't seem to have any effect.

Expected behavior

After setting the shortcut, pressing CTRL+T should create a new tab. Likewise, after setting the shortcuts, SHIFT+CTRL+T and ALT+CTRL+T should create a new tab.

Actual behavior

Only SHIFT+CTRL+T creates a new tab, the others do not. In fact they do nothing: no beeping etc.

To Reproduce

In Guake Preferences, version 3.8.0, set the above Keyboard Shortcuts.
