Toggle window breaks in Gnome 40

**Describe the bug**

Under Gnome 40, toggling the window visibility works _most_ of the time. Quite often the window will fail to either appear, or will display but not fullscreen.

**To Reproduce**

Use Gnome 40. Have Guake main window set to 100% vertical and horizontal. Toggle window visibility multiple times.
