Deprecation message:

DEPRECATED: Slurm GCP plugins have been deprecated.
Instead of 'max_hops' plugin please use the 'placement_max_distance' nodeset property.
Instead of 'enable_vpmu' plugin please use 'advanced_machine_features.performance_monitoring_unit' nodeset property.
