We were ignoring these violations b/c they weren't showing in the Issues panel at the time. Now they are.
Not much changes - this table row just shows a URL of scripts with blocked content. No indication of why it was blocked, just that the CSP did it. The idea was, IIRC, that the CSP audit should pull that weight.... (or #16493)
