Summary
This pull request introduces Persian language phrases into the BLOCKLIST set of the LinkText audit for Links do not have descriptive text. However, I believe that moving forward, maintaining separate language files per supported language would be more scalable and maintainable. According to W3Techs statistics for top websites, Persian ranks as the 10th most prevalent content language.
