Skips the viewport resize part of
full-page-screenshotifusePassiveGatheringistrue.Our sample flow artifacts include element ids from many different partial runs, so no elements actually had screenshot callouts in our sample flow result. I did a complete refresh of the sample flow artifacts to fix this.
