I have come to repent my sins. This fixes #13915
Not only is this make reviews easier, but I also discovered we were saving each devtools log and trace twice 😬
I used the new api to split
core/test/fixtures/fraggle-rock/artifacts/sample-flow-artifacts.jsoninto the desired file structure. This worked because there are no changes tocore/test/fixtures/fraggle-rock/reports/sample-flow-result.json.
