Added in #11995, we actually don't need this (anymore? maybe something changed? idk). We can listen to the
*event to listen to all protocol events.It wasn't meant to stick around according to https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse/pull/12074/files#r573963923 but shrug.
