On WordPress.org this runs already on 6.4.2, so we can say we tested it with this version.

A short comment to this, it's enough to add 6.4, no need for minor version, as there aren't significant changes in the minor versions, w.org just checks for major version and automatically display the compatibility with the current minor version included.

I also think that for new plugins in the pluginreview Slack channel... This is something that's in the pluginreview. It should be only for major versions.
But, it's a double edged sword imho. Since, if a bugfix breaks something the plugin uses it can give misinformation.
