For [3.0.0-rc.2] (April 1, 2022), the bugfix link was to a PR... Which doesn't show in this list. If you change it to the actual issue number, it's fixed.

What?

Very minor fix in the changelog.md file.

Why?

Because it annoyed me a bit that there wasn't a clickable link.

How?

There shouldn't be any testing ... It works or doesn't.

The changelog usually has the link to the PR of the changes, not to the issues.

The link is working here.

In the 3.0.0-rc.2 release, we add only 1 PR (#1378: Glossary: Provide fallback if term splitting has failed) and it has a link to it.

But in the CHANGELOG.md we don't have the link to this PR.

The problem here is that we have the incorrect tag in the CHANGELOG.md footer. This is the update you need to do to resolve this problem.
