⚡ Faster and more reliable FeeRate and exchange rate query

This release fixes a bug where the wallet could fail to reach the fee-rate provider more often than it should. That failure triggered a fallback to Manual Fee Entry, even when providers were actually available. In rare cases, when falling back to Manual Fee Entry, the UI could also freeze. Both issues are now fixed.

Privacy and resilience (unchanged, but worth highlighting)

Ginger queries multiple sources for fee rates and exchange rates:

• mempool.space (including Tor / .onion)
• blockstream.info
  All requests are made over Tor for improved privacy.

If providers are temporarily unreachable, the wallet remains fully usable:

• Manual Fee Entry is available, so you can still send even without external fee-rate services.
