feat

  1. TV端Light模式下背景图调整
  2. TV端增加按键设置功能
  3. 优化交互方式，以适配连接emby like server且网络较慢的场景
  4. 增加播放器，能够直接选择文件或输入链接进行播放 添加对m3u8格式的支持 #148
  5. 首页改为分页查询，以适配连接emby like server且数据较多的场景 页面加载不完整，好像是网络请求失败 #152
  6. 媒体库同步和刮削支持多线程，支持暂停、取消操作，以适配文件量非常大的媒体库

fix

  1. player can't replay when aliyun's link timeout
  2. 刮削时因为年份问题导致刮削失败 点击刮削没反应 手动刮削必须选年才能查 #153
