- Updates all frontend and backend dependencies
- Pins Vuetify to 3.5.4 because 3.5.5 has a regression with the v-select component that causes errors (see [Bug Report][3.5.5] Clicking already selected item in v-select sets model to null vuetifyjs/vuetify#19261)
