New environment variable LISTEN='0.0.0.0:8080' to change the internal Apache port in our Docker images when running in host network mode.

#fix #3341

docker run -d \
  --network host \
  --uts host \
  -e LISTEN='0.0.0.0:8080' \
  --name freshrss   freshrss/freshrss
