SQL: implement defered insertion of new articles (better date sorting) #530

Following a discussion on the matter, and after considering various approaches, I plan to implement #344 (comment)
Within each cron or manual refreshing, articles will be sorted by their declared date in a temporary table before being committed to the main table with their definitive ID.
