Description
This PR updates the FreeRTOS_GetUDPPayloadBuffer API used by the FreeRTOS+TCP demos to the newer FreeRTOS_GetUDPPayloadBuffer_ByIPType.
Test Steps
The demos are built using the Visual Studio 2022 without any compilation issues.
