Problem description

Arch_SectionPlane created with base object provides incorrect preview when moving/rotating.

I am able to reproduce in FC 1.1 RC2.
I am not able to reproduce in FC 1.0.2, it is a regression.

Steps to reproduce

• open new file
• create Arch_Wall
• select the wall and create Arch_SectionPlane
• select the section plane and start Draft_Move
• click into 3D view to select any reference point
• the preview position of the section plane is shifted and is not correct
• click into 3D view to select destination point
• the section plane is moved correctly

When the section plane is not parallel with the XY plane, the preview also rotates the plane (incorrect).

The move/rotate preview should correspond to the movement of the mouse.

The move/rotate preview does not correspond to the movement of the mouse.
