Bunch of improvements

  • Adds --verbose, which logs to the console
  • Makes the built in web kiosk mode show the image in full screen
  • Adds websockets to the built in web server
  • Some frontend improvements
  • Use guard for locks
  • Send render events to update the image
  • Refactor channels
  • Refactor imports from types
