Describe the bug
Using document stores, if a file is added using a CSV file loader in the list the file name is displayed in the "source(s)" column, if I use a File loader or Text file loader the column shows the value None.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Document store
2. Select an existing Document store or add a new one
3. Click Add Document Loader
4. Select Csv FIle
5. Choose a file lo upload and a splitter
6. Click Process
7. Return to Document Loader list
8. Click Add Document Loader
9. Select File Loader
10. Choose a file lo upload and a splitter
11. Click Process

Expected behavior
In Document Loader List all rows show the source column filled in
