We cannot claim to have Android support when it works only in shell.
Android apps are more complicated.
Libraries should be package in a flat directory structure. And config files cannot be put in the same directory.
Also, without use legacy compatibility options, when app is installed libraries are not extracted, but loaded directly from the apk file.
