Description

I've properly configured an Apprise URL with tgram://{bot_token}/{chat_id}:{topic}/, however the :topic is completely ignored and the test message always go to the 'General' topic (first/default one).

• Docker 29.3.1
• com.docker.compose.version = 5.1.0
• Dockhand v1.0.22 (latest at time of posting)

Steps to reproduce

Configure a notification channel in the Settings, and make sure to add a :topic (with the topic number) right after the channel (group) ID.
