Change of the license, so that FESOM2 can be used as the library. Currently it's necessary for implementation withing data assimilation projects and work with IFS.
There are still some GNU copyrights in the functions copied from GOTM. There are some functions that can be deleted, but some of them we need. Is this a problem?
