Description

In function xASL_io_PairwiseSubtraction remove the use of IMCALC and calculate the image operations directly.
Shall we first reslice the images?! We need to do xASL_spm_reslice and our own calculation.

How exactly is this done for Hadamard and DEBBIE? Is it correctly reslices before?
