Description

Almost all flavors have '_1' added to the subject name as a visit/session counter. This happens even though there's only a single session in BIDS and the session indicator is not used. We need to fix this and restrict only to cases where there are at least some multi-session subjects. And we need to carefully by hand fix in Flavors to not cause large file changes.
