Description

Recommended fields README.md and AcquisitionVoxelSize should be added automatically. The latter should be added automatically for 2D EPI, for 3D this is tricky as interpolation is often applied in the reconstruction. Then we can add a warning. README should be easy to generate automatically.

This is to make life easier for those who run rawdata generated by the ExploreASL import workflow through the BIDS validator (which is a must).

JAN: AcquisitionVoxelSize - this is about getting the acquisition instead of reconstruction size - is tricky to do automatically without a lot of testing. README - we add a warning that it is missing and a mechanism to provide that in studyPar.
