Description

Subject names should be changed to correct BIDS format within the import & at the beginning of the processing pipeline if necessary. This is a follow-up for the problems described in #611, where we tried to create BIDS conform participants.tsv files.

• There shouldn't be any underscores in patient names - replace by '-',
• remove the extra 'sub',
• validate tokens as well.
