Description

Output errors in import & processing in file (preferably JSON or something like that), which can easily be found and read by mTRIAL. Maybe also BIDS dataset related warnings/errors about missing fields in another separate file. We could utilize the x.logging field a bit more for that.

Note: Check how compatible is it with the current stuff.
