  • The Siemens sequence by Matthias has a scaling factor of 10 for M0, which is applied in the quantification.
  • But the other sequences, for example the one from Danny JJ Wang doesn't have this.
  • Previously, we called the vendor of the non-Mathias sequence x.vendor = Siemens_JJWang, but in BIDS, we extract vendor from the DICOM, so we can't use this and we need to find another way to identify and fix this.
  • The new 3D sequence from Wibeke is like this, the 2D isn't - add them also to flavors.
  • Check the pulse-sequence names from all the Flavors and fix this.
