Move TestDataSet repository to same format as FlavorDatabase #327
Description
Rationale
We should be able to test the full pipeline of:
- DICOM2BIDS
- BIDS2Legacy
- ExploreASL (Structural, ASL, and Population modules)
For this to work, it makes sense to incorporate the TestDataSets in the FlavorDatabase, though there may be some redundancy so some datasets could be combined.
