• Phoenix protocol as read raw from DICOM needs to be preprocessed before saving to the JSON.
• The interpretation of values can still stay in the import.

The problem was that when raw Phoenix is saved to JSON, spm_jsonread crashes in certain cases because it cannot read the JSON after itself.
