Description

When importing with 1.9.0, running the entire processing with 1.9.0, then when we run the population module with 1.10.0, it starts to do BIDS->Legacy all over again, and for each subject, it checks all subjects making it really time consuming.

Nothing changed. I couldn't reproduce the error - I functioned normally, so issue postponed until it happens again.
