Description

eASL CBF is factor of 4-8 off.

• GE eASL sequence saves (for Hadamard multiPLD) the data decoded with 3 and 7 PLDs for Hadamard 4 and 8, respectively. And the number of averages counts this number of Hadamard phases, unfortunately. So we need to compensate for that in the import.
• In SinglePLD function - we check GE_wip and GE_product. This should be version <20 and >20 instead.
