Both the Trust Server Certificate checkbox and the Encrypt dropdown in the database connection settings do not retain their values after being set. When I select these options, exit the settings, and return, they revert to defaults. This behavior causes issues when trying to connect to databases requiring encryption and trusted certificates. Manually adding TrustServerCertificate=True in Additional Parameters works as a workaround, but the UI should save these settings properly.
