After updating to 1.20.0 (I use Scoop) TNUC decided to disable minimal install. It says "Doesn't seem like neither WinRAR or 7-Zip is installed!.."
However, 7-Zip is indeed installed (I use Scoop, it's installed via Scoop and available in command line). Additionally, minimal install worked for me before I updated TNUC to 1.20.0 (via Scoop).

I guess, some processes broke with update to 1.20. Pls, help. I would like to get minimal install back.
