extract_levels is not lazy when using altitude - pressure levels conversion #2121
Description
The extract_levels preprocessor function is not lazy when it is used with the automatic conversion of pressure levels to altitude and vice versa.
This is because the (deprecated) interp1d function from scipy is not lazy:
