Purpose

Update workflow event to

on:
  push:
    branches:
      - master
  pull_request:

With this change, a pull request update will not trigger workflow twice (on push and pull_request). Workflow will be trigered via

• pull_request when a pull request is opened or updated
• push when a pull request is merged in master
