Hello, thanks for reporting the issue. I'm able to reproduce.

OwlPlug is compiled for intel CPU architecture only. Apple M1 / M2 users were able to use the app thanks to Rosetta translations from intel x86_64 instructions to arm on the fly.

I've bumped macos-13 to macos-14 in #404, but it silently switched the default architecture from x86_64 to arm64.
But there is another issue, even if the app is packaged by an arm64 runner, some dependencies are resolved with an intel runner to embed a native graphic library.

That's why you are facing this error:

So with OwlPlug 1.31.0 :

People with a legacy Intel chipset cannot run OwlPlug as the app is packaged and flagged for arm arch.
People with arm / Mx chip cannot run it because app is properly flagged as arm but contains a nested Intel dependency.

Short term, I will recreate a full Intel build soon to allow the app to run on Apple's M1 / ME under Rosetta.
