Note for future revision or discussion about the use of the R symbol The discussion with NDI confirmed that, for the DistroAV project, we should use the NDI name & Registration Mark o n the about screen, then we are not required to use it int he rest of the software/interface. |

This PR aim to de-clutter and simplify the interface that we control.
This also remove most of the "over-used (r) symbol" on NDI << I am awaiting a written confirmation from NDI that as long as we have the disclaimer & licence in the Output Settings, we are not at odds with their branding.
Adding a bunch of "DistroAV" in names (source, etc), this might help to identify that it's not a default OBS plugin (as we can see a lot of support request getting to the default OBS channel for example.
This might help to identify quickly sources/filter/settings managed at the DistroAV level.

Filter settings with simplified licence (TBC) and new default Filter Output Name (this would be the default fallback name until there is a PR dedicated to have better "non-conflicting" names):
