• I have searched the existing issues and did not find a similar issue

This bug exists on the latest available release of DistroAV and supported environment?

• I have checked this bug still exist on the latest available version of DistroAV
• I have checked that my OS / OBS / NDI versions are supported

Issue reported - Current Behavior

i updated my gpu drivers and windows 11 update.
Went to go stream with NDI and i was experiencing lag in the video/audio

i suspect the Windows 11 Update broke something
as i went back to previous driver and the issue still persisted
but found some interesting things

so if i dont use desktop capture my audio isnt lagging but as soon as i use game or desktop capture OBS on the 2nd PC starts lagging/no audio

turn it off and the audio on my 2nd PC is fine and no issues

Steps To Reproduce

so if i dont use desktop capture my audio isnt lagging but as soon as i use game or desktop capture OBS on the 2nd PC starts lagging/no audio

turn it off and the audio on my 2nd PC is fine and no issues

- OBS:Lastest
- DistroAV:Lastest 
- NDI:Lastest
