The dedicated filter output will output what is rendered (aka active)
To output a scene, the scene must be active (somewhere)
Shown somewhere means : Active (not necessarily visible) on output or preview or projector

Use the scene you want to be _active/showing_ in another scene
You can hide it in the background (behind an image or so)

The whole filter-chain render was messed up for years, creating a lot of very weird issues.
This is a longer-term ground work to support Canvases (that will solve some of the problems too)

If we find a way to force render, this can be implemented again.
Likely this will be implement via Canvas in the future

make a scene that is the "control-center" where you have all the scenes you want active.
This should also work with OBS minimized
