It would be useful when testing to have a visual representation of which database is in use.

$modeflag in the config to switch between databasesTo test:
$modevariable in the config as "production", check the header bar is blue$modeto "dev", check the a green phase banner appears saying "This application is running in development mode. Data will not be persisted."
